A. Our sizes range from 3ft x 3ft x 4ft to 10ft x 14ft.
Q. Do I bring my own lock or do you supply one?
A. We do not supply locks. You can bring your own or purchase one from us.
Q. Are your units air conditioned and heated?
Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit or any other fees when I sign up?
A. No, there is no security deposit, but there is a onetime administrative fee of $25.
Q. Are your rentals month to month or long term?
A. Month to Month.
Q. Do you take credit cards or personal checks?
A. Yes we accept mastercard, visa, checks and cash.
Q. Can I make a reservation and how far in advance?
A. Yes we take reservations up to 5 days in advance.
Q. What hours will I have access to my storage unit?
A. 6 am to 10 pm 365 days a year.
Q. What are your office hours?
A. Mon-Tues-Wed-Fri: 9:30am to 5pm, Sat: 9:30am to 1:30pm, Thursday & Sunday: Closed.
Q. Do you require insurance on my stored goods?
A. We do not require insurance. If you might be interested in insurance, just call or ask in the office for information.
Q. What type of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A. A photo I.D.
Q. Do I need to come to the facility to rent a unit?
A. You can come in or we can setup by phone or fax. You will need to sign some paper work which can be done by fax.
Q. Do you have carts or dollies I can use for my move?
A. Yes and they are always accessible to you.
Q. Can my family or friends have access to my unit?
A. Yes, you can authorize them to have access.
